A Light of Hope

How We Help People Navigate Change

A Light of Hope exists to be a steady presence in moments that feel uncertain, heavy, or unfamiliar. We don’t rush the process, and we don’t tell anyone how they should feel. We offer something simpler~and often harder to find: calm guidance, honest connection, and a place where it’s safe to pause.

Our approach integrates a 12-step recovery framework and structured peer-based support designed specifically for youth and families navigating addiction or other self-destructive behaviors.

We believe no one should have to navigate change alone ~ and that even in uncertain moments, the light forward is still there.

Everything we offer is free, and participation is always voluntary.
