Parent & Supporter Program

These programs are for the people who care deeply ~ parents, guardians, and supporters who want guidance, connection, and steadiness as they walk alongside someone navigating recovery, transition, or uncertainty.

  • Parents and caregivers of youth or young adults

  • Supporters seeking understanding without judgment

  • Adults learning how to stay present without control

  • Those navigating uncertainty, fear, or emotional fatigue

How It Begins

Starting doesn’t require having the right words ~ or all the answers.

Some supporters begin by reaching out with a question. Others attend a group, listen quietly, or take time to orient themselves.

There is no pressure to commit or move faster than feels right.

A Space to Be Supported, Too

Caring for someone else can be isolating. These programs offer a place where supporters can slow down, connect with others who understand, and build steadiness for themselves.

Participation is voluntary and guided. Listening is welcome. Sharing is optional.

  • Confidential, judgment~free discussion

  • Facilitated by trained program leaders

  • Peer connection with others walking similar paths

  • Grounded in compassion, accountability, and respect

Support Without Taking Over

These programs are not about fixing, managing, or controlling another person’s journey.

  • Stay present without pressure

  • Build healthy boundaries

  • Strengthen communication

  • Care for yourself while supporting someone else

Growth happens when support is steady, respectful, and grounded.
