How Youth Move Through the Program
Youth typically begin with the Weekly Youth Program ~ a consistent, supportive space where young people navigating addiction or other self-destructive behaviors can connect, grow, and explore recovery alongside peers.
As relationships deepen and confidence grows, participants may also have opportunities to take part in Alternative Peer Group (APG) activities ~ sober social experiences designed to strengthen connection, build healthy friendships, and reinforce positive life direction beyond the weekly meeting.
Parents and caregivers are supported through their own dedicated programs, allowing the entire family to grow together.
While the Weekly Youth Program provides consistent weekly support, some participants may also engage in Alternative Peer Group (APG) activities ~ structured sober outings designed to strengthen connection beyond the meeting space.

How It Begins
Getting started doesn’t require certainty ~ just a willingness to take one small step.
Some young people begin by having a conversation. Others attend a group, listen quietly, or take time to decide what feels right.
There is no expectation to commit or move faster than you’re ready.
